Hailey Hernandez

Paralegal

Hailey is a paralegal with over 10 years of experience specializing in family law and doing work in Criminal Law. Hailey graduated from the University of Phoenix with a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice in 2012 and continued her education and obtained a Master's degree in Criminal Justice from Colorado Technical University in 2019. As a skilled paralegal her compassion and commitment to understanding makes her a stand out paralegal.

Hailey has worked in small law firm settings and began her work in Southeastern Colorado where she calls home. After she obtained her bachelor's degree she began working as a family law, probate, criminal and civil paralegal. She also worked for the State as a Defense Investigator. After relocation to Northern Colorado, Hailey decided to take a break from working and focus on obtaining her Master's Degree and taking care of her children. After obtaining her Master's degree she began working freelance and has now been doing freelance work for the past 5 years.

In her free time, Hailey enjoys spending time with her husband and her seven children. She lives on a family farm and enjoys riding horses and taking care of the families cattle, lambs and goats. Along with all the farm animals Hailey has a love for her dogs, especially her American Bully, Samson. Hailey also enjoys hunting and fishing with her husband and family. When Hailey is not busy with her children and farm live she also has a passion for cars, she is currently working on rebuilding an older Honda and hopes to get back on the racetrack soon.
